BETA is a relatively new group, and dealing with special challenges in accomplishing our goals here is Lebanon. We know how important it is for you to know what BETA has acheived over the years, how we have grown and developed, and what we have planned for the future.

We also know that there are many groups out there asking for your support and that resources are limited. BETA is striving to be a completely open and transparent organization, and through this we will believe we have earned - and will continue to earn - your support and trust. While we like to think our work speaks for itself, we also want to provide you with measurable results and the details of how we got there.

As a step to keeping this trust, we are now in the progress of producing our first ever Annual Report. 2006 was a very big year for BETA - we became a registered charity, war broke out, hundreds of our animals moved to the US - and we want to share this with you. We will also make available information regarding our finances, where the funds are going, where we have gotten grants, and the effectiveness and efficiency in which these funds are used.
